We make premium ice cream right here on site in Independence CA. Sold by the scoop. Innovative and classic flavors using all natural fresh ingredients. Enjoy a little break with your ice cream treat at our outdoor seating areas. We have tables on our raised deck and assorted seating amid our landscaped grounds. We are open seasonally in the beautiful Owens Valley, from late March until late October. It's going to be a great season in 2024.
