iScream handcrafts their ice creams and sorbets in small batches using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients including organic dairy from Straus Family Creamery and organic fruits from local farmers’ markets. They also make their own hot fudge, caramel sauce and fresh baked waffle cones. The rotating flavor list offers the best of each season. Offerings include classic flavors, seasonal fresh fruit flavors as well as some more creative combinations. Some of the flavors you will find at iScream are: dark chocolate, cassis, saffron, Madagascar vanilla, sea salt caramel, cookies ‘n cream, maple walnut, Meyer lemon, blackberry, mandarin orange, fresh strawberry, cardamom orange, rose, Thai tea, marzipan and honey lavender.
