The Constellation is a conical building that is topped with a 75-foot replica airplane wing, showcasing the grandeur and wonder of flight for guests and passersby alike. We feature Little Man Ice Cream Company favorites as well as Constellation originals such as the flambéed “Connie Pop,” a Baked Alaska popsicle finished over an open flame!
