Tampa's Neighborhood Scoop Shop at Water Street. We make scratch-made, all-natural, truly "Tampanian" ice cream and vegan ice cream. We throw it back to the golden age of ice cream-making with our traditional custard base, made simply with: Florida Milk and cream, all-natural egg yolks, pure cane sugar and a dash of sea salt. Each original recipe is built from the ground up with house-made mix-ins, sauces, candies and the highest quality ingredients sourced both locally and from top producers around the world.
