Tre Cuori Gelateria is a love story—between people, cultures, and flavors. Founded by Tassia, a passionate chef and confectioner from Brazil, Tre Cuori means “Three Hearts” in Italian—representing Tassia, her husband Rafael, and their son Pedro. After moving from Brazil to St. Louis in 2013, Tassia turned her lifelong love for sweets into a new adventure, blending Italian gelato traditions with the warmth and joy of Brazilian hospitality. Since opening our doors in March 2023, Tre Cuori has become more than just a place for gelato.
