Our classic halo-halo has jackfruit, coconut and palm tree gelatins, banana chunks, coconut strings, and mung beans underneath a bed of shave ice, sweet milk, and topped with a scoop of Magnolia Ube Ice Cream with toasted rice. Halo-halo translates to "mix-mix" as it describes the most typical way to eat one.
