Brown Butter Creamery is local artisanal gelato shop located in the trendy neighborhood of Bedford Stuyvesant. All of our gelatos are made on site in small batches using the freshest, local and seasonal ingredients and the best products imported directly from Italy. Our goal is to be true to the real authentic process of gelato making. We offer traditional flavors as well as our own unique creations that rotate weekly. Why gelato? Well, we believe gelato is ice cream as it should be. It's creamier, denser, smoother, lower in fat and packs more flavor. We are proud to be the first and only gelato shop in the neighborhood.
