We use lactofermentation, kombucha, kefir and other processes to build flavors that not only take you to a whole new universe but that are probiotic and good for the gut. Our flavors are made from scratch using local fruit, milk, kefir, eggs and love. Everything is gluten free - cause why should ice cream or sorbet have gluten? Right?
