Toasted and Rolled is a Women/Mother-owned small business in Morganton, NC. We have rolled and scooped ice cream. Which gives us many options for floats, milkshakes and personalized flavors. We offer Vegan and Gluten free options as well. Come in and try one of our signature over the top shakes, rolled ice cream or seasonal flavors you will love it. We are now open on Sundays no rolled ice cream this day (Sunday’s = scoops, shakes and sundaes).
