Park Circle Creamery was created to complement downtown North Charleston's well-established restaurant district. Our handcrafted ice cream is artfully made with the finest local ingredients to provide our customers with a unique blend of flavor, smooth creamy texture, and a refreshing finish. PCC offers 16 handcrafted flavors and they are all made in house. We believe that the art of ice cream making is as southernly sophisticated as dinner in Charleston's finest restaurants. Years of research and development goes into producing our premium ice cream.
