Act One Ice Cream Parlor in Concrete serves gourmet ice cream in freshly baked waffle cones. We also offer sundaes, Italian sodas and a variety of espresso drinks. The ice cream parlor is also part of the historic Concrete Theatre, where we feature movies and events. Come in to buy your tickets and our famous hot buttered (with real butter) popcorn, then go into the Main Auditorium. Act One Art Gallery in the same building features mixed media exhibits that showcase local and regional artists. Find a unique piece that will “cement” our town in your memory.
