Sassy Cow Creamery is a farmstead dairy owned and operated by brothers, James and Robert Baerwolf and their families. On the family farm they pride themselves in bottling great tasting milk, making award-winning premium ice cream and the best tasting grilled cheese sandwiches you can find. A diversified farm, they are unique in that they offer both organic and traditional milk, over 50 flavors of ice cream and savory menu options from the Farmhouse Kitchen Cafe. Located in Columbus, WI the Baerwolf Family has been farming the same land for three generations and they place the highest value on the well being of their land and animals. The family has always farmed with cows "taking center stage."
